When a natural foods company in Southwest Virginia needed a business plan to get its naturally raised beef to the marketplace, it turned to Virginia Tech’s Business Technology Center for expert and affordable assistance. The center, managed by the Pamplin College of Business, is one of several university programs aimed at promoting economic development in the region and the state.
